📢 We’re changing our online consultation system from Monday 28th September 2026

We will be moving from PATCHS to a new system called SystmConnect from Monday 28^th September.

SystmConnect will make it easier and quicker for you to send routine requests to the practice. It links straight to your GP record, is simpler to use and helps our team deal with requests more safely and efficiently.

PATCHS was given to all Wakefield practices to use, but after listening to feedback from patients, our PPG and staff, we’ve chosen a system that works better for our practice.

👉 When the change goes live, just use the same links on our website, they’ll take you to SystmConnect instead of PATCHS.

⚠️ Please remember: do not use SystmConnect for urgent, same‑day problems. Call the practice so we can help you straight away.
